Good news - Great new Iphones are available with video and compass and another megapixel on the camera. Also, they don't cost as much as the ones before.
That is unless - Bad news - My contract is about a year old, so I'd have to pay full price to upgrade. Bummer.
I love my Iphone because it's easy to carry and can do so much. I'd love it even more if it had the new features and more memory like the ones rolling out very soon.
Well, maybe when I am eligible, the Iphones will also have a flash and a telephoto lens. That might be next year's version. Until then, I'll probably have to sit and wait it out. I do have a perfectly nice small camera that does short videos and has 8 megapixels, so I'm not that bad off.
What about you? Will you get a new Iphone?
I actually went and looked at iPhones yesterday. I've had my current phone for probably 10 years. One thing the salesperson said was that you can get updates for free that will make your current iPhone pretty much like the new one coming out this month. I'm still thinking about buying one of the current ones since they're so much cheaper. You should check with your local store about getting the updates.

Sigh, I dunno. Maybe when this old phone gives up the ghost. I sometimes get enamored with my friends' & family members' jazzy phones with all the bells & whistles nowadays, but - just haven't been motivated to ramp up yet. I DO use TM's on my phone now - BIG step up for me. :)

LOL - I don't even text message! The only requirements for my current phone was caller ID and voice mail.
ReplyDeleteMy husband has an I-Touch (he has no need for a phone) but I don't know when he'll be upgrading. He just wants to store more movies & music on his!

I had an iPhone since they first came out and was happy with it. Eventually my phone broke ( right after warranty expired) and the nice people at Apple were able to replace it with a refurbished one that came with warranty for three months at no charge. Unfortunately three months went by, and my iPhone stopped working properly. It was time for a new one, and I gave up and chose Blackberry Bold. Im really happy with it, however I do miss the iPhone's gadgets that are not available on my current phone.
ReplyDeleteThey are coming up with new stuff so fast, by the time we are able to afford it, there is something bigger, better and more efficient out there.
